Though Science is usually used for information on any topic on earth, to be particular, the word “Science” deals with information and research about the physical universe. It includes in-depth study and practice. Medication, computers, engineering, agriculture, defense, forensic science, food technology & processing. But, it’s a mistaken belief that the only career employment opportunities in science through engineering courses. An array of openings await those with a degree in any pure science. Here are we discuss some career options in science where you can dream come true.

Science is a really big field. So as to pursue career in science, one must be crystal clear from the start of his/her career (after 10th class). Your Focus is required whereas selecting the subjects (Biology/Mathematics) on the 10+2 stage, as decision made at the moment affects the future. Depending on the streams chosen at 10+2 level, one can go for undergraduate degree/diploma programs within the science. Postgraduate programs could be pursued in science, after graduating in the related field.

Universities and research institutions: You could also consider joining a leading research institutions such as the Indian Institute of Science, National Centre for Biological Sciences and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research.

Analysis and investigation: This is strictly for those interested in crunching scientific data to understand patterns and trends. If you fit the bill, you can easily chart out a busy career as sytems analyst, researcher, investigator and analytical scientist.

Quality control: There is a growing demand for scientists to assess the standards of equipment employed by institutions for research, development and manufacturing.
